About SS Fabricators
More Than 25 Years of Building the Equipment Others Hesitate to Take On
Every fabrication shop says it does quality work. Fair enough. But how many would happily take on an oxidiser blend tank, an aluminium acid tanker, or a pump truck that mixes explosives on a mine bench?
How it started
We opened our doors to do the work most fabricators turn down
In 2000, we opened our doors on Plot No. 1 in the Medchal Industrial Estate, just past the Medchal Check Post. The idea was simple, if a little stubborn: do the work most general fabricators turn down.
Explosives manufacturers were struggling to find people who understood their equipment. Matrix silos, emulsion mixers and blend tanks don’t come out of a catalogue, and a sloppy weld in that world is far more than a cosmetic flaw. We took those jobs, learned from every single one, and slowly became the shop explosives companies call first.
Over the years, the work widened. Different industries, same expectation: build it accurately and stand behind it.
Founded at IE Medchal, Hyderabad
Our journey
From one shop floor to five industries
Doors open in Medchal
A fabrication unit at Plot No. 1, Sy. No. 823 & 827, IE Medchal, set up to take on demanding, specialised work.
Explosives plant equipment
Blend tanks, matrix silos, jet mixers and reactors for explosives manufacturers, followed by complete turnkey slurry and emulsion plants.
Bulk delivery units
Pump trucks that carry and load explosives at the mine face, with PLC controls, hydraulics and pneumatics integrated by our own team.
Process, chemical & structural
Reactors and storage tanks for pharma and chemical plants, AN melt and acid tankers, PEB sheds and heavy structural steel.
Five industries, one standard
More than 25 years on, the same promise: dimensional accuracy, honest timelines and support long after dispatch.

The people behind the work
Machines are only half the story
Honestly. Our designers, fabricators and service engineers have spent years on the same kind of equipment you run every day. They know why a jet mixer’s nozzle placement matters, and why aluminium can’t be welded like mild steel. Stainless steel and aluminium welding is a genuine specialty here, backed by trained technical hands rather than a line in a brochure.
Behind the scenes, a computerised system tracks design planning, procurement and production on every job. You always know where your equipment stands. No chasing, no guesswork.
We also stay flexible. Requirements shift mid-project all the time, and we would rather adapt with you than hand over something that no longer fits.

Why clients stay with us
Stainless Steel & Aluminium Welding
The metals many shops quietly avoid are our everyday specialty.
Open to Modifications
Requirements change mid-project. We adapt with you instead of pushing back.
Design, Maintenance & Repair Support
Support that carries on long after the equipment leaves our gate.
Computerised Production Tracking
Design planning, procurement and production monitored on one system.
Experienced Team
Designers, fabricators and service engineers with years on this equipment.
Competitive Pricing
Fair pricing that stays honest without cutting corners on quality.
Our commitment
Quality fabrication, dependable engineering, dimensional accuracy and customer-focused project execution, across every industry we serve.
Let's build it
Come and see for yourself
The best way to judge a fabricator is to walk their floor. Bring your drawings to Medchal, meet the people who’d build your equipment, and watch how the work actually gets done.
